Most jobs require working Memorial Day weekend, including Monday, May 25, 2009. Candidates must be 18 or older.
Seasonal pay for non-supervisory positions is $8.75 to $9.75 per hour. Complimentary merchandise, merchandise discounts and lunch on us leading up to the race (the last few days of race week) are offered to all seasonal employees.
Qualifications: All positions require the ability to multi-task, stay focused in a sometimes noisy environment, and work in our energetic, fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.

DATA ENTRY LEAD
Dates of employment: End of February to mid March through mid June.
Type of position: Full-time Monday through Friday and a portion of some weekends as required as well as race weekend and race day.
Job Specifics: This candidate must have supervisory experience and be very comfortable working with proprietary software, training staff and scheduling workers and work flow. This candidate will also work very closely with the Director of Registration Operations on special tasks.
DATA ENTRY SPECIALISTS
Dates of employment: March through Monday, May 25, 2009. Candidates must be able to work a portion of Memorial Day Weekend, and must be able to work raceday, Monday, May 25.
Type of position (10 to 15 positions): Part-time to Full-time (6 to 8 hours per day everyday Monday through Friday and a portion of some weekends as required as well as race day, Monday, May 25). 10 to 15 positions available. Day-shift.
Job Specifics: Data entry skills required. Windows experience is helpful. Performs some customer service functions primarily via email to answer routine questions, and initiate problem resolution with respect to assigning bib numbers to online entries.
DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST - NIGHT SHIFT AND WEEKEND POSITIONS
Dates of employment: Early to mid May through Monday, May 25, 2009. Candidate must be able to work Memorial Day Weekend, including raceday, Monday, May 25 during the day.
Type of position (4 to 6 positions): Night shift and weekends - 6 to 9 or 10 PM Monday through Friday with some weekend hours during day time hours required. 4 to 6 positions available.
Job Specifics: Data entry skills required. Windows experience is helpful. Includes entry of data, proof reading and entering corrections
ENTRY PROCESSING
Dates of employment: April 14 through Monday, May 25. Candidates must be able to work a portion of Memorial Day Weekend, including raceday, Monday, May 25.
Type of position (2 positions): Part-time to Full-time (15 to 40 hours per week). Day-shift.
Job Specifics: Balance race entry transactions and enter data in POS system. Assign bib numbers to entries. Perform customer service functions by responding to routine questions primarily via email. Windows experience is helpful. Must be intuitive, fast and accurate.
PACKET PREPARATION
Dates of employment: Early April through raceday. Candidate must be able to work Memorial Day Weekend, including raceday, Monday, May 25.
Type of position (4 to 8 positions): Part-time building to full-time (20 to 40 hours per week). Requires working between 8 and 5 Monday through Friday and a portion of some weekends as required. 6 to 8 positions available.
Job Specifics: Job requires attention to detail, being on your feet all day, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
DRIVER/PACKET LOCATION REPRESENTATIVE
Dates of employment: Early April through May 29. Candidate must be able to work Memorial Day Weekend, including raceday, Monday, May 25.
Type of position (1 or 2 positions): Part-time building to full-time (20 to 40 hours per week). Requires working between 8 and 6 Monday through Friday and a portion of some weekends as required.
Job Specifics: Job requires attention to detail, valid drivers license, excellent driving record, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
HELP DESK SPECIALISTS WEEK DAYS
Dates of employment:
Mid February through raceday, Monday, May 25, 2009. Two positions will continue through mid June. Candidates must be able to work a portion of Memorial Day Weekend, and must work on raceday, Monday, May 25.
Type of position (3 to 4 positions): Full-time (8 hours per day everyday Monday through Friday). 3 to 4 positions available. Day-shift.
Job Specifics: Answer phones, respond to emails, and promote BolderBOULDER through other special office projects. Good communication skills with focus on providing excellent customer service. Computer skills required.
RETAIL
Dates of employment: Mid March through Friday, June 12, 2009. Candidates must be able to work Memorial Day Weekend, including race day, Monday, May 25.
Type of position (12 to 18 positions): Part-time to full time (15 hours per week minimum up to possibly 35 to 40 hours). Flexible shifts; days, early evenings, week and weekend work.
Job Specifics: Retail work at our seasonal retail store.
RETAIL – STOCK CLERK
Dates of employment: Mid-March through Mid-June. Candidates must be able to work Memorial Day Weekend, including Monday.
Type of position (2 positions): Part-time to full-time (15 hours per week minimum up to possibly 35 to 40 hours). Evening and weekend shifts.
Job Specifics: Stocks supply room and retail area with new inventory. Takes inventory and identifies reorder needs for supervisor approval. Confirms order forms and delivery requests. Position requires a high school diploma with two years of experience. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
RETAIL – MOBILE REGISTRATION
Dates of employment: Early March through early June. Candidates must be able to work Memorial Day Weekend, including Monday.
Type of position (1 position): Part-time to full-time (15 hours per week minimum up to possibly 35 to 40 hours). Evening and weekend shifts.
Job Specifics: Provides on-site registration and retail sales at sponsor locations. Employee must be able to work with little supervision. Must possess valid drivers license with a very good driving record.
