Want to Register In Person Instead?
If you would rather register in person and walk away with your bib and race packet, visit the BolderBOULDER Twenty Ninth Street store starting in April.
There will also be several other one-day on-site registration options. If you’re willing to pay a little more to see what the Memorial Day weather looks like first, you can register at the SportsEXHIBIT on the Pearl Street Mall Saturday and Sunday, May 25 and 26 from 10am to 6pm. You can also register on race day, May 27 at 30th & Walnut from 5:45am until 9:00am.
Catch a Wave
At BolderBOULDER you get your own start with a small group that runs or walks about the same pace as you. Instead of battling your way through 50,000 other bodies we have 90+ total waves including waves for qualified runners that can prove they can run under 68 minutes, as well as waves for runners, joggers and walkers that don't require qualification. You will be seeded in the first available wave based on runner type chosen during the registration process. Qualifying wave proof can be any race between 2 miles and a marathon run since the last BolderBOULDER.
Starting With Friends or Family
We can help you start with your family or friends; the rest of the day is up to you. If you want to be in the same start wave as someone else, register everyone online at the same time. Enter the names of those you want to run with in the appropriate field. Qualifying rules still apply, and everyone in your group will be placed in the slowest person’s wave. Check our friends and family search page to see if the people you know are already registered.
The Finish Line is Only the Beginning
Runner's World magazine recently named BolderBOULDER America's All-Time Best 10K. From the gun at the start line, everyone from world-class athletes to casual walkers enjoy the scenic course through Boulder. Enter Folsom Field like an Olympian to the cheers of 50,000 fans and cross the finish line, grab your keepsake snack bag and let the rest of the fun begin. The RaceDayEXPO outside the stadium showcases over 75 companies waiting to load you up with more yummy food and other samples. Head back to the stadium for the finish of the men’s and women’s International Team Challenge featuring three-runner teams from around the world going head to head with Team USA. The Grand Finale is the Memorial Day Tribute with skydivers carrying flags from each military branch, a military jet flyover and a ceremony honoring local military heroes.
Race Timing
Your time will be captured at the start, finish, and every mile in between by the timing tag attached to your shoe. The great thing about timing tags is that even if you start at the back of your wave group, your personal clock doesn’t start until you cross the line. The only thing you can’t do is move up to waves ahead of your official start time. A results text will come to your phone right after you finish, full results will be online race day, and a results certificate will be mailed after the race.
Packet Delivery
We will deliver your packet to one of many Front Range pickup locations for free. You may also have your packet mailed directly to you for an extra charge. Please register by 5/13/2013 for mailed packets. Sorry, we do not offer International shipping.

Discounts
Participants 14 years & younger and 65 years & older receive a $16 discount. Active military also receive a $16 discount (current military ID required).
The Sooner the Cheaper
On May 13, add $9 to the race packages, and on race day, Monday, May 27, add $15 to the package prices. There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers on registration fees.
The “No” List
In order to keep everyone on their feet, we don’t allow pets, strollers, inline skates, etc., and no costumes that extend beyond the body.
