Give your body and spirits a boost by signing up for the new BOLDRUNNING Trail Running Program. The program combines the Tuesday hard workout and the Thursday moderate pace run of our Summer / Fall program with a longer Saturday run on a variety of unpaved trails in the Boulder area. This program is for all runners that can already run at least 6 miles at 10 minute per mile pace or faster. Use the program to help you towards running in one or all of our goal trail races, a race of your own choice, or simply fitness and well being. The program is endorsement of Adam Chase, President of the American Trail Running Association (ATRA). Every member will receive a copy of Adam's book (co-authored with Nancy Hobbs), The Ultimate Guide to Trail Running. The program will give expert guidance on how to be able to react to constant change on trails, and to learn how to "dance" on a variety of terrain. The Trail Running program will be coached by professionally trained
BOLDRUNNING coaches, supervising group workouts and trail runs. The
coaches will also monitor your progress via our popular online personal
training journal system. The program is designed to improve your fitness
through the weekday sessions, and build endurance and stamina on
