Welcome Group Volunteers!  We look forward to your help on Monday, May 30th at the BolderBOULDER 10K race.  For your efforts we will make a donation on your behalf to your non-profit organization.  The link below will take you to the group volunteer registration page.  Please review the instructions and take your time signing up. 

If you do not see the volunteer job you are looking for it may have filled or your group might not have signed up yet. This site will be updated as our needs change but you may want to contact the coordinator of your group if all spaces have been taken.

HOW TO USE THE NEW ONLINE REGISTRATION SYSTEM 

  1. This is a new registration system, everyone needs to set up a new account including a log in and password.  A family may register on a single account, but we recommend that un-related people set up unique accounts.  Once an account is set up it can be used for both volunteer sign-ups and non-volunteer race registrations.
  2. Your group coordinator will give you a specific password to access the job listing – this is not the same password you use for your account.
  3. The screens resemble online shopping – you will choose a package and then assign it to a volunteer. 
  4. In this process, disregard any language referring to runner or race, or race results – this module has some carryover from the race registration module. 
  5. Review your order confirmation and if there are errors please notify the volunteer@bolderboulder.com
  6. Save the confirmation as it contains important information about your task.

 

Group volunteers receive a volunteer t-shirt which they are required to wear on race day, Crocs shoes, a snack bag and a contribution to their organization.  This contribution will only be made for volunteers who check in and complete their shift. You may only register for one volunteer task.

Race Day is Monday, May 30th, Memorial Day and the NEW START LINE is at 30th and Walnut Street on the northeast side of the Twenty Ninth Street Mall. 

 

The BolderBOULDER Store is located on the Twenty Ninth Street Mall near the theater entrance –merchandise is available at this location.
