Rachel Dehner

Rachel Dehner has been coaching for the BoldRunning for the last four years.

She began running in junior high school and continued through graduation, setting school records in the 1500 meter run and 4x800 relay. She has continued her love of running to this day, racing everything from 5K’s to marathons.
Personal bests include a 19:49 5K, 1:29 half marathon, and 3:36 marathon.
She is AFAA certified in group exercise, and has done continuing education classes on nutrition and eating disorders. She believes that while training must be hard work at times, the joy and pleasure that come from running should always be the first priority. The sense of health and well-being that come from staying active is something she believes affects all aspects of a runner’s life.
She is truly passionate about running and loves sharing that with everyone she coaches.
