Overview BolderBOULDER Training Club offers a year round solution for runners of all abilities and experience levels looking to improve their running. The Club offers the chance to meet others with similar interests, learn more about training and racing and look forward to a more rewarding BolderBOULDER each Memorial Day. Groups of runners with similar abilities meet in Boulder and Denver under the guidance of a professionally trained coach. Registration for Spring Training will open soon.
Philosophy The purpose of the BolderBOULDER Training Club is to introduce people of all ability levels to the sport of running, to make them better runners and to keep them running for a healthier life.
By creating a pro-active guidance network and systematized training program, the BolderBOULDER Training Club is the support structure that makes you a better runner, no matter what level you are starting from. We aspire to give people a healthy and enjoyable exposure to running and to provide a year-round resource for training. We deliver a fun, friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere, where anyone, of any physical level, feels welcome. From newcomers to the sport to life-long runners and racers, the BBTC matches small groups of runners with similar abilities to a professional training coach. Our “phased build†training program insures success while having fun.
We have a scientifically based, goal-orientated approach to training that helps runners to stay free from injury. Our support system and club atmosphere help keep runners motivated and moving toward the next goal. BBTC has specific programs for training for the BolderBOULDER and other races from fun-runs to major marathons.
Our goal is to provide the best BolderBOULDER race experience possible so people remain in the sport and become life long runners for the pure joy of it.
