To help prepare you for this year's race, BolderBOULDER has partnered with TraningPeaks to offer you a free 9 week training schedule. This online program will give you a daily schedule to help prepare you for the race, as well as an online journal to track your progress. You will also receive other tools such as a nutrition log, mapping and route tools, and the ability to upload workouts from various training devices, to help you get the most out of your training. You may also upgrade to a premium schedule, tailored to a specific time goal. Premium schedules include everything listed above, plus more in-depth workouts and instruction based upon specific time goals. |
