Half and Full Marathon Training

Join us this summer and fall to take your running aspirations to the next level:
  • Train towards one of our approved half or full marathon goal races or a race of your own choosing.
  • Training schedules are co-developed by 1993 World Marathon Champion Mark Plaatjes and BoldRunning Director, Ewen North.
Not running a half or full? No problem!
  • You can also use our schedules to help you towards a 5K or 10K goal, or simply to have fun, stay fit, and enjoy running this summer.
