Running, jogging, walking, hiking, snowshoeing, snowboarding, skiing, sledding, hockey, weightlifting, swimming, climbing, shivering, snowball fights. Don’t forget mental health activities – yoga, stretching, and meditation and if holiday decorating keeps you centered, do it.

Basically, do what you love. But be sure and submit all 4 activities by December 3rd!

How do I get my COLD Medal?

The first 13 races are for people who participated in one of our previous BOLD events since 2019. Each race puts people together who are about the same speed. Why? The 14th and final race is an open race, all paces, runners, joggers and walkers. No previous race result time required to run in the Open Race.
