HECK YEAH! The FORTitude is back better than ever.
We have so much to celebrate in being back together as a community, university, runners, joggers, and walkers.
This year we’re celebrating Labor Day and our battle cry “GO FORT AND CONQUER!” with a festival spirit in mind. We invite joggers and walkers to join the fun, and challenge seasoned runners to show their toughness.

A wide open, festival-style finish next to Canvas Stadium with 12+ food trucks, drinks and live music.

FLAT & BEAUTIFUL NEW COURSE!
This course is flatter, faster and more open than ever with a gentle downhill start and a long downhill after mile 3 to the finish. The new route takes you on a scenic tour of Fort Collins, weaving through picturesque neighborhoods and landmarks like City Park, downtown and Colorado State University.
Our “wave start” divides everyone into smaller groups, spreading out the start. It ensures that you run or walk with people your speed, which has the super-secret, extra bonus of helping you finish faster.
