A wide dirt lollipop loop in rolling foothills with stunning views. Nature lovers will enjoy this trail running option, without brutal climbing seen on other mountain trails.

FIRESTONE/LONGMONT
Firestone Trail (paved trail)

This paved trail is great for all skill levels. The course features beautiful wildflowers is rated as easy, perfect for boosting cardio!
The course starts on northwest corner of the Sports Complex at Falcon Street and runs west and south for a smooth out and back. Parking will be well marked near the start/finish line.

LOVELAND/FORT COLLINS
The Ranch (cross-country trail)

Terrain is groomed grass, perfect for those that love cross country terrain. Two loops around one of the premier event and entertainment complexes in the region, with stunning vistas.

ERIE

A north end loop course for 1.4 miles to begin, followed by 2.35 mile segment which runs out and back – finishing with a 0.1 mile segment returning you to where you started.
A moderate incline giving you an easy, fast downhill finish. Spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and beautiful wild flowers.

BROOMFIELD/SOUTH BOULDER

Two 5K loops, uphill start. Never fear, you’ll fly downhill to the finish line. Our most challenging course, similar to the traditional BB10K! Parking is adequate and will be well marked.

LITTLETON/SOUTH DENVER
Mary Carter Greenway Trail (paved with crusher alongside)
Reynolds Landing Park

Paved with a crusher, natural surface trail alongside. Park, start and finish at Reynolds Landing Park, and run north and east along the South Platte River next to 2 scenic parks.
This is an easy, relatively flat course so you can strive for that PR, or just enjoy the scenery along the way.

HOW THE BOLDER ON THE RUN 10K WORKS
Just pick the location, day and time you want when you register.
2 hour blocks available from 6:30am-8:30pm, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday over Memorial Day weekend.
Each course will be ready—officially marked and measured.
Wear your bib with timing tag.
When you cross the start line your timing automatically starts, and it will automatically stop when you cross the finish line. Easy peasy.
Masks and social distancing required in Start and Finish area.
You can switch location, day, or time; or between virtual and live one time before April 11 for free. After that we’ve prepared and mailed packages, and will be $10 to make any of these changes. We do anticipate each location reaching capacity so advise you to reserve a spot asap.
