Your ColderBOLDER GuaRUNtee™
All registrations are automatically backed by the ColderBOLDER GuaRUNtee. It means that if you sign up and can’t participate, we can roll your registration over to next year’s event for only $32. And, you won’t need an excuse from your mom or a note from your doc.
It’s easy. If you don’t make it, we’ll send you a personal GuaRUNtee code for next year’s event. We just really want you to be part of the ColderBOLDER. It’s just that simple.
*Note- If the ColderBOLDER is cancelled and cannot be staged live and in-person there will be no GuaRUNtee, and the ColderBOLDER will be run as a VIRTUAL event, to be completed at your convenience.
How do I use the ColderBOLDER GuaRUNtee?
Anyone who signs up for the event and doesn’t make it will automatically get a ColderBOLDER GuaRUNtee notice via email just prior to registration opening in September with their personal GuaRUNtee code.
When you sign up for the event next year, simply apply your personal GuaRUNtee code, pay the $32 … and you are in. Done! Easy-peasy! The ColderBOLDER GuaRUNtee is only valid for the ColderBOLDER and cannot be used towards the BOLDERBoulder.
The ColderBOLDER GuaRUNtee is specifically for those that miss out on the fun. We want YOU to come back and be part of the ColderBOLDER experience. Personal GuaRUNtee codes cannot be shared with friends or family.
Please note that the ColderBOLDER GuaRUNtee cannot be combined with any other discount. Oh, and one last thing, we offer the Colder GuaRUNtee in place of a race transfer. We do not allow any bib transfers at the ColderBOLDER.

The goods on the goods
You keep the original beanie and merchandise you ordered if you pick up your packet. Packets will be held at our Boulder offices for one week following the race. The GuaRUNtee gets you a spot in the next ColderBOLDER, and the new Race Package with all the great race package goodies and experiences you expect from the ColderBOLDER.
When can I use my code?
If you register for this year’s race but for some reason end up missing it, you must before next year’s race until it sells out (registration opens annually in September). The GuaRUNtee code is only good for one year.
Beware that this event sells out. It is first-come, first-served.
What about my race?
You will be placed in the same race next year as you were for this year.
Qualifying times, once confirmed will allow placement in a faster race.
