BOULDER, COLO. (October 18, 2019)- BOLDERBoulder, America’s All-Time Best 10K, today announced Avery Brewing Company as the Official Beer Partner of the 2020, 2021, and 2022 BOLDERBoulder and ColderBOLDER road races.
“Since 1981, the BOLDERBoulder has proudly served our runners a sack lunch and an ice-cold beer after they cross the finish line. We hear from our participants that it’s the best beer of the year,” said race director Cliff Bosley. “In keeping with that tradition, we are excited to unveil what may be our boldest beer partnership ever.”
As the official beer partner of the BOLDERBoulder, Avery will supply a sample of their new Pacer IPA to every finisher 21 years old and older. Pacer IPA is Avery’s newest addition to their large beer portfolio. This full-flavored, hazy IPA has all the aromas and flavors beer fans love in an IPA, with just 100 calories and 3.5 g carbs.
“Many years ago, I came to Boulder because of running. I had plans to open a running store, but my son Adam came to me with a business plan for a brewery,” said Avery Brewing Co-Founder

As a part of the partnership, Avery will host training runs for BOLDERBoulder participants in the spring, conduct in-person registration, and serve as a packet pick-up location.
